Norway-based designer Daniel Brox has created the Shy lamp, a playful table lamp with lots of personalities. The metal table lamp has a lid that can be adjusted to control the light output. The lighting unit is made of powder-coated steel and aluminum.
From the designer, “The name is inspired by the feeling the lamp expresses when the lid is almost closed. It almost looks a bit shy.
If the lid is placed further down(more open), then the light will hit the surface of the lid and reflect a softness to the light. Creating a calm mood in the surrounding area of the lamp.”
