Spanish product designer Silvia Ceñal has created the Argizaiola lamp. The design of the lamp was inspired by the object of the same name that was used to offer prayers to the ancestors in religious ceremonies. The lamp is made of two pieces of fir plywood, a cylindrical diffuser and a rope that is wound around the lamp. The luminaire emits a warm light through its methacrylate diffuser. The rope goes through the top circular plywood piece and acts as handle to the lamp. It is available in different colors.
